Who said exercise had to be hard work? FUN + FRIENDS + FITNESS = Happier, healthier kids! GSE Clubs is a physical activity program designed for 7-13 year olds. Our program introduces healthy lifestyle patterns in a fun, friendly and non-competitive environment suitable for all fitness levels. In our Aquafit program, our trainers engage kids in a range of pool and land based activities. The program also includes outdoor activities in and around the Aquafit precinct. It is a prerequisite of the program that children are able to swim.

Pool Rules

  1. Proper swim attire must be worn.
  2. All patrons must shower prior to entering the pool.
  3. ALL children under the age of 7 MUST be accompanied in the water with a guardian.
  4. Walk carefully, don’t run. The pool deck and waterslide mezzanine deck/stairs can be extremely slippery.

Aquafit can be an effective cardiovascular and strengthening workout without adding stress to an injury, strain or ailment. Water workouts can benefit anyone, with or without an injury. Water acts as a natural resistance so whether you are looking for a cardio workout or strength training, water exercises can provide you with both!

This program is ideal for individuals who want a fitness program and don’t mind getting wet!
