The Yoga Difference

You don’t have to bend and twist like a pretzel to be able to do yoga. At GSE Clubs, we help yogis at every level determine what they are looking for out of their practice to ensure that each individual is uniquely challenged and on track for what their fitness goals are.

Everyone is different and can use yoga practice in a variety of ways. This is why we offer over different yoga classes to encompass a broad spectrum of helping yogis achieve their optimum health and happiness. From relax and revive classes to power and cardio, we are here to help you start practicing yoga that is right for your lifestyle.

What you ought to know:

Wear comfortable clothing that conforms to the body and stays in place. In doing so, you won’t feel shy about getting deep into that downward dog.
Let your teacher know before class if you are pregnant or have injures. Modified poses that keep you comfortable and avoid strain can be recommended.
It’s OK to take a break. Feel comfortable doing so and remember everyone’s yoga path is unique.
Yoga is practiced barefoot.

Either new to meditation, or if you have an established practice, I strongly encourage you to come and treat your body to this unique experience. Yoga is designed to stimulate the deeper tissue of the body, allowing the participant to increase their flexibility and range of motion, as well as to enhance the quality of their internal Qi (energy), feeling physically and mentally balanced.
