Dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals, I have been training in Karate for 8 years and I currently hold a 3rd Degree Black Belt certified by the World Karate Federation.

I have taught students of various ages who start practicing Karate for many of its beneficial reasons.

These reasons have included achieving fitness goals such as losing/maintaining weight, learning effective self-defense techniques for your safety, reducing stress caused by our day-to-day activities, self-discipline, or simply out of curiosity for learning Karate.

My classes consist of physical training, as well as understanding the mental aspect of being a martial artist. It is important to understand that every student will learn at their own pace and you should always thrive to become a better version of yourself.

Karate is for all ages and groups. Whether it is practiced individually, with family members, or friends, Karate has something beneficial for everybody.
