PARENT-TOT

For babies and young children ages 6 months - 3 years

All parent-tot classes must be accompanied with an adult.

This class provides water adjustment and beginning swimming skills for children from six months to three years of age. THIS IS NOT DROWN-PROOFING! Instructor works with each parent/child pair at their own level. We offer two options, beginner for those that have not taken lessons before & an intermediate/advanced class for those who have taken some kind of lessons before. Classes run for 4 weeks at a time.

You may register for Parents & Tots lessons by calling us. You will first create your account (for the person paying), then you will add and enroll your swimmer.

PRE-SCHOOL

For young childern 4-7 years of age

Pre-School 1,2,3,4,5

All pre-school classes teach basics and fundamental of swimming. Pre-School Swim lessons are for the beginning to intermediate swimmer. Series broken into levels, used prior to entering onto the swim team.

Children must be 5-11 years old to register. All swimmers must attend a tryout PRIOR to signing up for lessons.

SWIMMER

For young childern 7-13 years of age

All Swimmer courses teach skills for the beginning of your lifeguarding skills. Each class is challenging with activities that motivate children to want to perform and learn to swim. Different games, toys, and techniques are a few of the strategies our swim school uses to help your child become safer and better swimmers. The one-on-one or semi-private approach to learning expedites the learning process tremendously. Parents are constantly amazed how quickly a child can progress in our program. Typically, a child can learn in one of our half hour sessions, what it takes an entire week in traditional group lessons to achieve.

Our program consists of progressive levels of swim instruction for children. Once all skills are achieved, participants receive a completion certificate.

Do you want a swim training plan now winter’s here but need to maximize every minute in the pool?

The lesson can be customized to meet the students needs and to make sure the student is comfortable and confident in their abilities before moving to the next stage of learning. For an accelerated learning experience we recommend back to back lessons or a minimum of three lessons a week. The more practice you have, the faster they will progress.

Each workout is designed to hone your technique and unlock your maximum physiological potential. Whereas many athletes unwittingly dull their training sessions by doing the same exercises each time they workout, our programme was specifically developed so that each session builds upon the last to achieve comprehensive strength and stamina increases over time.

ADULT

For‎ adult swimmers 20+

Swimming is a great skill to have at any age; improving fitness, strength and confidence, swimming is a sport with a long list of benefits. If you are aged 16 years or older, you can take advantage of the great swimming lessons here at GSE Clubs. Whether you are a non-swimmer, have a fear of the water or you’re ready to improve a self-taught technique, we’ll take you through the basics, teach you the strokes and techniques until you’re confident and safe in the water.

All Adult classes teach basics, intermediate and advanced skills.
